DoQuick ("we," "our," "us") provides unbiased sports analytics for football, basketball, and other sports. Protecting your privacy is important to us.
1. Information We Collect
• Identity and account data
Email, password, country, referral code, device identifier, platform during sign up/sign in.
Google sign-in data: Google ID token, email, display name.
• Profile data
First name, last name, DOB, username, phone, country, avatar/profile image.
• User-generated content
Chat text messages.
Voice messages (audio file + duration + match/sport context).
• Notifications and preferences
Push notification permission status, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, topic subscriptions, notification preferences saved locally.
• Local storage
Auth token in secure storage.
Cached user profile and preferences in SharedPreferences.
• Financial and payout data
Subscription payment initiation fields: email, currency, period, price, platform.
Bank details for withdrawals: account number, account name, bank name, routing number, currency, email.
Withdrawal requests/history: email, bank account id, amount, currency, reference/status data.
• Third parties and service providers
We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate the app and deliver our services:
- Backend API at dqsportsanalysis.com (core app functionality)
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
- Flutterwave (payment processing)
We share data with third parties only when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights and safety.

3. Advertising & Cookies
Current Status: No in-app advertising SDK is currently active in DoQuickLivescore.
Future Advertising: If we introduce in-app advertising (such as Google AdMob), this Privacy Policy will be updated before activation. We will provide notice within the app and offer appropriate consent mechanisms and user controls to manage ad personalization settings where required by applicable law.
Cookies: When advertising is introduced, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You may manage your ad preferences through Google's advertising settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data while your account is active and necessary to provide our services. Account information, transaction records, and communication history are retained in accordance with legal, tax, and business requirements.
Upon your request to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information (such as tax records or legal holds).
5. Children's Privacy
DoQuickLivescore is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete such information and notify the user to remove their account. 6. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of sensitive information and secure storage of authentication tokens.
